Coldwater Bluegrass Band is an amalgamation of seasoned musicians with a wide variety of musical traditions and influences. Rick Rhodes, Ken Killebrew and Karmann Powell have two things in common: Christianity and a love of Bluegrass music. They play traditional and modern bluegrass gospel, country gospel, and contemporary Christian music with a Bluegrass flavor.

Rick Rhodes is a multi-instrumentalist who plays 5 string banjo and sings both lead and harmony.

In 2012, Rick took 3rd place in the Banjo competition for the State of Arizona at the Wickenburg Bluegrass Festival. He served as the Arizona Bluegrass Association's board chairman and is currently serving as the secretary.

Ken Killebrew is a native Arizonan. He plays upright bass, guitar and mandolin.  His roots are in country music and the last few years has added bluegrass music to his list of passions.    .

Karmann Powell considers herself a “genetic” musician coming from a long line of musically inclined ancestors. She plays rhythm guitar and sings lead and harmony for the band.
